Stuart F. Rubinstein, FSA, MAAA formed Rubinstein Actuarial Services, LLC in 2015. Stuart is a health care actuary with over 30 years of experience providing consulting services to both private and public sector organizations. His clients include for-profit and not-for- profit entities, multi-employer associations and Taft Hartley health and welfare plans.
Stuart’s consulting services for self-insured health benefit programs include developing rates, financial projections and claim reserves and advising regarding risk retention and appropriate surplus requirements. He also prepares actuarial valuations of postemployment and postretirement benefit programs under the applicable FASB and GASB accounting standards. Stuart provides actuarial analysis of life insurance and disability benefit programs.
Stuart is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He received a BS in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Actuarial Science from Northeastern University.
